This course is automatically available to customers who purchase their robotic mower from SmartDots. We try to add value to your purchase like no other provider is able to. 

This comprehensive technical course is designed for technicians, support staff, and hands on users working with Automower iQ Series models 410, 420, and 440. The course covers in-depth procedures for diagnostics, maintenance, and component replacement to maximize mower performance, reduce downtime, and ensure long-term reliability.

Participants will gain hands-on knowledge through step-by-step instructional videos, detailed part overviews, and practical guidance for servicing key systems within the robotic mower.

Key Modules Include:

  • Top Cover and Chassis Access:
    Learn how to safely remove the top cover to perform diagnostics or gain access for component replacement. Understand structural differences and part layouts for the upper and lower chassis assemblies.
  • RTK Module Replacement:
    Identify symptoms such as absent EPOS coverage and RTK errors. Follow the procedure to replace the RTK module embedded within the mower's cover.
  • Charging and Power System Maintenance:
    Replace nose modules and charging station components, such as the contact assemblies, wiring, printed circuit boards, and anchor plates. Understand signs of charging failure, including long charge times and lack of charging indication.
  • Wheel and Drive Motor Assembly:
    Assess and replace rear wheels, hub caps, wheel motors, and drive bearings when wear or damage is observed. Includes alignment and torque procedures.
  • Cutting System & Blade Motor Assembly:
