The 415X mower does not have a separate cable for just the charging plates and in case of a failure in the power connector, the entire wiring assembly needs to be replaced as it is sold as a combined unit.
Typical issues that this part can address:
- Mower is not charging and ends up with a dead battery
- In consistent charging
- Charging cable gets too hot
- Visible damage on the charging cable that connects the charging plates to the port under the mower
- Headlights not functioning
