Wired Mowers: No Loop Signal even when the light on charging station is green
Symptom: The mower and the Automower Connect App shows "No Loop Signal" even though the light on the charging station shows green color, indicating no break in the wire.
Possible Cause: An issue such as this has been observed usually after a firmware upgrade on the mower.
Details & Resolution: The issue can be easily resolved by generating a new loop signal on the mower. In order to do this follow the steps below,
1. Dock the mower in the charging station
2. Press the Stop Button to open the lid and enter the pin code when prompted
3. In the menu go to Security>> Advanced >> New Loop Signal
4. Select Option to generate a new loop signal
