Mower Starts outside of schedule

Mower Starts outside of schedule

Symptom: Automower is running even though it is not scheduled on the timer.

Cause:

This is usually a configuration issue which is most likely caused in regions where Day Light Saving is applied. Currently the mower does not have a way to automatically update time from the cellular network. In case of day light saving, the time needs to be updated manually on the mower. Due to this the mower may operate an hour ahead or behind schedule depending on time of the year.

Another reason the mower can be operating out of schedule is when the user selects the option "Over Ride Time" when starting the mower. Over ride timer feature is to force the mower to mow for next 24 hours or 3 days continuously, while ignoring the schedule.

Resolution:

To resolve the first issue, the time needs to be udpated on the mower. This can be done by opening the keypad hatch and following the following steps,

1. Click on menu

2. Select Settings >> General >>Date & Time

3. update the time to current time and click OK

If the mower is mowing due to the over-ride timer feature, then this can be confirmed on the mower screen or on the app. To exit out of this, simple Park the mower and select "Park, start with next timer" on the app or on the mower screen. This will reset the mower to start again when the timer kicks in.
