Yarbo unit not charging using direct plug in adapter

Symptom: The Yarbo unit does not charge and has a dead battery or does not turn on even after plugging in the adapter directly into the unit due to a dead battery.

Steps to resolve:

1. First ensure that you have let the Yarbo unit charge for atleast 30 minutes before trying to turn it ON.

2. If the unit still does not turn on despite the charger plugged into the unit, then ensure that the battery is properly connected in the battery compartment.

3. If steps 1 and 2 are OK, then check the light on the transformer - Do you see a Green Light - As shown below,

4. If the light is green and the unit is not charging then follow steps 5 through 9

5. Unplug the charger from the wall and the Yarbo

6. Disconnect the battery, wait 10-15 seconds and then plug it back in and make sure the emergency button is raised and not engaged

7. Plug the charger into the wall first and then the back of Yarbo

8. Now check the light on the charger - It should be red - Indicating that the unit is accepting charge. See below.

9. Turn on the Yarbo unit after 30 mins to make sure it has charge.
