Cutting Height Motor Driver Error


Symptom: Your Yarbo unit may stop and report an error saying "Cutting Height Motor Drive Error"


Steps for Resolution:

STEP 1: If the error is occurring randomly despite no evidence of stuck grass or foreign object, then try restarting the mower form the Settings>>Safety Settings>>Restart Yarbo System. This can be done remotely. If the issue does not go away even after the restart then continue with steps below.

STEP 2: Disconnect the Yarbo Mowing Module from the core and separate the mowing module

STEP 3: Flip over the mowing module and inspect the cutting assembly for any objects or branches that may be stuck under the cutting assembly - If any foreign object is found, carefully remove it use a brush to clean the underside of the mower.

STEP 4: If no objects were found then remove the cutting discs and remove the plate as shown in the image below to look for any grass that may be stuck under it . Clean the grass thoroughly and assemble everything back together.
